Dr. Sill
Helen Sill, DVM

A 1979 graduate of Michigan State University, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree. Dr Sill also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Husbandry and an Associate’s Degree in Science. Dr. Sill has worked in the Paw Paw area since graduation in mixed animal practices. In 1983, she opened Red Arrow Animal Clinic, where she has built and grown the practice to what it is today. Her interests and hobbies when not practicing medicine include playing pickleball and fishing. She has furry friends that include both Schnauzers and Airedale Terriers. She also enjoys raising Simmental beef cattle.

Marcie Copeland
Marcie Copeland - Office Manager

Marcie joined the RAAC family in July 2023 as a receptionist and was promoted to office manager in September 2023. She resides in Decatur, and when not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and grand-puppies Bonnie and Clyde.

Pam Stamm - Accounts Receivable Specialist

Pam has worked behind the scenes at RAAC for 25 years in many roles and is currently our Accounts Receivable specialist. She enjoys working with and training dogs.

Savannah Peek
Savannah Peek - Receptionist

Veterinary Assistant

Savannah is currently enrolled at Southwest Michigan College working on a degree in Biology. When not working and going to school, Savannah enjoys spending time with her dogs, Memphis and Maggie. She joined the RAAC Family in May 2023.

Justin Silver
Justin Silver - Veterinary Technician

Justin began his animal career in research and joined the RAAC family in 2023. Justin is currently enrolled in Ashworth College taking classes to become a Certified Veterinary Technician. He is the proud father of three, 2 boys and a daughter, and has a dog – Moose and a cat – Chester.

Kirsten
Kirsten Casey - Veterinary Technician

Kirsten’s journey in veterinary medicine began in 2013. Since attending Baker College of Muskegon’s Veterinary Technician program, she has worked in a variety of settings including small animal, large animal, emergency, and shelter medicine. She and her boyfriend live in Kalamazoo with their four dogs, three cats, and chickens.

Rylie
Rylie Roehm - Kennel Technician

Rylie attends Mattawan High School and is also taking classes at the Van Buren County Votech Center. In her free time, Rylie likes to shop and enjoys traveling. Rylie is the proud owner of 5 cats and 2 dogs.
